Smart Elegant -  Gentlemen are requested to wear a  long-sleeved collared shirt, full-length trousers (no jeans) and closed shoes. Ladies are requested to wear a suit or an elegant dress, long or short skirt, or dressy slack and top. UAE national dress is welcome. Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed. 

Casual – Gentlemen comfortable attire such as Jeans or short, T-shirts, polo shirt or sweater, shoes, sneakers or sandals. Ladies attire international dress, skirt, jeans or shorts, T-shirts, polo shirt or sweater, shoes, sneakers or sandals. UAE national dress is welcome. (for hotel resident guests no swimwear indoor restaurants).

This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or canceled after booking.

Pick-up and drop off will be provided upon confirmation of the booking, typically depending on the date of the tour or activity timing may vary.

Seating Arrangement are first come basis, you may advise us in advance for any particular seats in any vehicle.

If guest failed to show up for any tour or activity, we will not provide alternative transportation method and no refund will be issued for any no show.

We reserve the right to charge 100% for any guest who does not show up upon pick up timing.

In case of bad weather or vehicle issue. We will arrange different method of provide service.

No refund will be issued for any unused inclusion in any tour or activity.
